Membership

Q: I'm trying to subscribe for a membership on BigAsianTits.tv, but I was declined.
A: Make sure your credit card did not exceed your current limit. Also, double check the name and address of the credit card matches the one you input in our payment processing page.

Q: How do I cancel my account?

If you don't know which biller your membership is with or you have any other billing concerns please contact us at webmaster@po-rn.com.


Q: Does the account automatically recures?
A: Your account automatically recures itself every 30 days if it didn't not cancel manually.

Q: Can I share my account with other people? (eg: My friends)
A: NO. We have zero-tolerance regarding this matter. Your member account cannot be shared with any other people, and it is not transferable. We have multiple advanced security checking methods to check for account-sharing, once found, the account will be disabled with no refund and your IP address will be banned from the site along with any future projects.

Q: Will my personal information be disclosed?
A: NO. We will not share any customer information as it is considered to be private and confidential.

Q: How many movies am I able to download?
A: Every account is allowed to download 6 Gigabytes per day, and the counter resets everyday at 12AM Eastern Standard Time. When you have reached your daily limit, please try again 24 hours later.

Q: I forgot my username and password for my membership
A: Please contact webmaster@po-rn.com with the email you registered your account with. We will only respond to email addresses that your account is associate with.

Q: What are my method of payments.
A: We accept all types of Credit Cards. Visit our registration page for more details.

Q: How do I know which company charged me for the subscription on my credit card statement?
A: The charge on your credit card statement will only show SegPay. It will not contain any words or phrase that mention about BigAsianTits.tv, nor anything explicit that will cause suspicions.


Media / Movies

Q: I can't play the movie after downloading, what should I do?
A: The movies that we provide are mostly .AVI files encoded with DivX. If you cannot play the movie after download, please download (FOR FREE) and install the codec pack listed below.

Note that this codec pack is not distrubuted, created, managed, and hosted by us. BigAsianTits.tv does not held responsible for any questions and/or problems that is caused by this codec installation pack.

Q: Can I keep the movies after we download them?
A: Yes of course. Once you downloaded the movie, you can watch it as many times as you want. There are no DRM restrictions.

Q: Is it possible to request for a movie?
A: Yes. While we do not guarantee that we can find the movie that you have requested, we will try our best to get that movie and notify you as soon as it is online. Contact webmaster@po-rn.com for more details.

Q: Are your movies censored?
A: All of the movies you see on our site are censored unless otherwise noted. Censored movies contain matrices (mosaics) that blur male/female genitalia

Q: I just paid for a subscription but I cannot download any movies.
A: Please wait 5 to 10 minutes for your account to propagate with our database. If you are still experiencing problems after 1 hour, please contact us at webmaster@po-rn.com or go to our Contact Us page and submit your inquiry.

Q: Can I use a download manager to download movies?
A: Yes you can, but please remember to setup your download manager to download using one (1) thread only. Multiple download threads will be counted towards your bandwidth. We will not issue any refund that is related to the use of multi-threading downloads.

Q: How many movies am I able to download?
A: Every account is allowed to download 6 Gigabytes per day (Approx. 10 movies, depending on movie size). The download counter resets everyday at 12AM Eastern Standard Time. When you have reached your daily limit, we recommend you to try again 24 hours later.

Q: Why is my download speed so slow?
A: While we try our best to give our subscribers the best service, we cannot guarantee any speed related issues that we outside of our servers' network. Normal download speed should be 300 to 400kb/s for most broadband users, but at prime time, where server loads are packed, we cannot guarantee that you can reach that speed.
