Support 1. Password / Login Problems: My password doesn't work a. Make sure you're entering your username and password exactly as it appears on your email reciept. b. Check your email that you used on the join form for your membership reciept. b. Contact our support team at webmaster@po-rn.com. 2. Billing Concerns: How do I cancel my membership? a. If your membership is through SegPay, please visit: https://segpaycs.com/spsolo.aspx b. If you don't know which biller your membership is with or you have any other billing concerns please contact us at webmaster@po-rn.com. 3. System Requirements a. You may view BigAsianTits.tv on any system, with any internet connection, on any internet browser. b. Your connection speed will only affect your download times. Photos are optimized for minimal download time. c. The movies that we provide are mostly .AVI files encoded with DivX. If you cannot play the movie after download, please download (FOR FREE) and install the codec pack listed below. http://www.divx.com 4. Technical Issues with Members Area The photos show up as broken picture icons. a. Try refreshing the page in your internet browser. b. Check your download speed and make sure the file has completely downloaded. Many video files are 30MB or more, so if you have a slow connection speed, it may take a while for the video to start. c. I can't seem to stream the videos in Firefox. Why? Mozilla Firefox is known to have some issues with streaming files inside of its browser. You might notice it downloads the entire file before it will play it. This can be fixed, but must be done on an individual basis. If you are not computer savvy, we suggest you view the site through another web browser. I found a broken/missing link in the members area. a.
